3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
3.1 No Cancellations: Once a booking is confirmed, it cannot be canceled. Please review your booking details carefully before completing your purchase.

4. Rescheduling
4.1 Request for Rescheduling: Requests to reschedule must be made at least 48 hours in advance of the booking time. Rescheduling is subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
5. Use of Facilities
5.1 Arrival and Departure: Customers are expected to arrive and vacate the premises at the scheduled time. Delays in departure may incur additional charges as outlined in the booking confirmation.
5.2 Code of Conduct: Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward our staff and facilities. We reserve the right to remove any individuals who violate our policies or display inappropriate behavior without refund.
5.3 Prohibited Activities: Smoking, substance abuse, and any illegal activities are strictly prohibited on our premises.
6. Liability and Damages
6.1 Customer Responsibility: Customers are liable for any damage caused to the property or equipment during their booking. Repair or replacement costs will be charged to the customer.
6.2 Personal Belongings: Magical Moment is not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings. Please keep personal items secure and do not leave valuables unattended.
